The Challenge & Contribution

When existing ANZ retail customers want to apply for new products like Personal Loans, via authenticated channels like the ANZ mobile app, they should be seamlessly authenticated via Single Sign-on (SSO) on ANZ Apply platform where they can complete and submit the application. The entire user journey will be within the ANZ mobile app, without navigating to external mobile browser (Safari/Chrome).
